You can choose from Baileys Original Irish Cream, Tia Maria or an unbranded Irish cream. Our team will also attend your event to serve guests, assist with the fountain and keep the display clean, stylish and presentable.
Standard hire lasts for 3 hours. However, you can add extra hours for an additional cost. This makes our Baileys Fountain Hire suitable for both daytime celebrations and evening receptions.
If you need a non-alcoholic option, we also offer chocolate fountain hire packages. These include more than 10 different dips, making them ideal for family events, school proms and guests who prefer an alcohol-free treat.

Our Baileys Fountain is ideal for anyone wanting to add something different to their event or party. Instead of a standard drinks table or dessert station, your guests can enjoy a flowing liqueur fountain served with delicious handmade chocolate shot glasses. It works beautifully as an evening reception treat, a wedding dessert alternative, a birthday party extra or a stylish add-on for corporate hospitality.
Each chocolate shot glass holds approximately 10ml of liquid, making it the perfect size to drink and eat in one enjoyable bite. A full-size shot glass can often be too much when made from chocolate, so our 10ml serving size gives your guests the right balance of liqueur and Belgian chocolate.
As standard, we provide 300 handmade Belgian chocolate shot glasses, made using high-quality Callebaut chocolate. You can choose from milk chocolate, dark/plain chocolate, white chocolate or a combination of all three. With 300 chocolate shot glasses included, the package is suitable for around 100 guests, giving everyone plenty of opportunity to enjoy this delicious party experience.
For guests who prefer a non-alcoholic option, we also offer chocolate fountain packages with more than 10 different dips to choose from. These are a great choice for family events, school proms, children’s parties and venues where alcohol is not permitted.
Under normal circumstances, providing your venue is licensed to sell alcohol and the management agrees to us being there, there are no licensing issues and no special license requirements.
